This treasure in right next to the level’s second Eye-Stalker Bulbeel. Instead of moving upwards, you should move downwards. The treasure can be found in an alcove at the very bottom.
Attacking the Bulbeel may prove beneficial, not only in having more time to collect the treasure, but in leaving as well.
