In German, the Ultra Spicy difficulty is called "Ultra-Motiviert" which translates to "Ultra-Motivated". About that german translation you just added[edit]
Before i say anything, just know that i don't know anything about german grammar. However, you added that "Ultra-Motiviert" means "Ultra-spicy", without the capital "s" in "spicy", even though "Motiviert" has a capital "M".
