It's mentioned in Pikmin 4 that Pikmin, and other plants and enemies, belong to a taxonomic class named the '''Ambuloradicis'''. This fascinates me, and due to its vague explanation I wish to better describe it. Therefore, I have created a sub-page to document and describe each members biology and ancestry as best I can whilst also keeping brief.

The Ambulofungi are another separate clade that have evolved animalistic traits, such muscle fibres and nervous systems. The most well-known group of these fungal-animals are the [[Sporovid family|Sporovids]].
