Shortly after starting the second raft section, there is a doorway suspended in the air that Olimar can reach with his jetpack. This brings him to an area where the only solid ground is dirt blocks, with Fireflinger Groinks in the background ready to destroy them with their projectiles. You need to jetpack over to another set of dirt blocks on the right that are slightly higher in the air. There, the treasure can be collected. However, you need to quickly leave the area, as there are more Fireflinger Groinks ready to destroy these dirt blocks as well.
