The Memory Fragment is on a small ledge in the northeastern corner of sublevel 4 of the Plunder Palace. To collect this treasure, you must throw at least 2 Pikmin at it. A nearby Breadbug may attempt to steal it, in which case you will need to either damage it or best it in tug-of-war.

“As a boy, I would spend days drawing elaborate treasure maps. The buried treasure may have been junk to most, but to me it was precious. Is this a fragment of a treasure map? I doubt it... But the subject of this drawing was probably a treasure to the artist.”
