The Telekinesis Detector is on a ledge near the bottom right of Sublevel 2 of the Ultimate Testing Range. It is guarded by a Miniature Snootwhacker and a Withering Blowhog, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Yellow or Winged Pikmin at it. The exit is block by an iron fence, so you must press the button in the center of the sublevel to collect it.
