The Daughter of the Earth (大地の娘?, lit.: "Daughter of the Earth") is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is actually a sweet potato.
Collecting the treasure
Sun-Speckled Terrace
There is a Daughter of the Earth located on the second sublevel of the Crackling Cauldron. It is buried in the middle of the giant Sizzling floor, near the entrance of the sublevel. Use Red Pikmin to extinguish the sizzling floor, and you'll be able to dig up the treasure.
Serene Shores
There is a Daughter of the Earth completely buried in the bottom right corner of Sublevel 2 of the Engulfed Castle. It can be located with the Treasure Gauge or Oatchi. To collect this treasure, you must throw 12 Pikmin in its vicinity.
