Easter - 2023

An event celebrating Easter will be held from April 1st to April 30th, 2023.[1] The event is divided into two parts; the first part starts on April 1st, and the second part on April 17th.

In the first part:

  • A set of limited-time missions are available, clearing each one unlocks a Golden Seedling with "Easter Egg" Decor. These Golden Seedlings can grow into Purple, White, Rock and Winged Pikmin.
  • Completing all 25 missions will guarantee you get all 4 decor Pikmin.
  • Easter-themed Mii apparel will be added to the shop at the start of the event, and removed at the end of the event.
  • All postcards obtained during the event feature a special Easter themed background and stamp design.

In the second part:
The Easter Egg hunt begins!

  • Destroying mushrooms grants you an Easter egg that contain a random selection of items. These items ranges from nectar of various flowers, to gold and huge seedlings.
  • Gold and huge seedlings obtained during the Easter egg hunt will become Red, Yellow or Blue "Easter Egg" decor Pikmin.
  • You get 1 Easter egg per mushroom you destroy regardless of the number of stars you obtained.
  • Inviting friends to play Pikmin Bloom between April 17th and April 30th will grant you a gold seedling that will grow into any of the "Easter Egg" decor Pikmin, as long as they use your code when they start playing.
  • A new set of limited-time missions are introduced focusing on destroying mushrooms. Completing each mission gives a Golden Seedling for a Red, Yellow or Blue Pikmin with "Easter Egg" Decor.
  • Completing all 7 missions will guarantee you get all 3 decor Pikmin.
  • These missions can be attempted alongside the limited-time missions in the first part.
