The Constitution Gate is a treasure found in Hey! Pikmin. It is actually a horseshoe magnet labeled with the two correct poles, N and S (North and South), with the poles being shorter than Heavy-duty Magnetizer. It is the last treasure that can be found in Mushroom Valley.

Collecting the treasure

Near a Crested Mockiwi, the player must destroy a dirt block in order to access a tight path, leading to a doorway. On the other side, the player must defeat a Puffstalk to retrieve the treasure.
