The Shock Therapist is a mechanical device that has two antenna-like appendages and an incased tube as a major visible part. The antennas send electricity through the tube on a small thin wire just like a lightbulb, though it isn't really known how it produces the spiky objects that create a string of electricity.

This treasure is one of Titan Dweevil's weapons. It must be knocked off before it can be collected.
