Behavior

Coppellers spawn into levels carrying various items, including Sparklium, health, and even captured Pikmin. They fly in set patterns, but only stay on-screen for a limited amount of time; if they are allowed to escape, the items they hold will be lost.

Locations

Strategy

Coppellers can be killed with a single well-timed Pikmin throw.

While Coppellers cannot directly kill Pikmin, any Pikmin they spawn carrying will be considered killed if they aren't rescued before their captor flies away.

Notes

Hey! Pikmin logs

It carries Pikmin and high-energy objects away somewhere. Back to its nest, I assume. Maybe if I keep observing its behavior, I can begin to understand why my wife has a hard time throwing anything away.
