The Pilot's Seat is a rocket part located on a stump in The Distant Spring. You need to defeat any Bulbears and Snitchbugs that may be an annoyance. Defeating the Shearwigs in the area will also be helpful for your Pikmin. It is where the Glutton's Kitchen would be in Pikmin 2. The Pilot's Seat will make the Dolphin's cockpit complete when he installs it. It is actually a confortable cushion.
