In some footage, it is possible to see an unknown leader that is seemingly bald like Olimar, with a red suit.
In pictures of early versions of the game, instead of Captain Charlie there is another unknown  
Leader that looks like Alph, but with a red suit and blonde hair. In the Whistle and Throwing Leaders section of the page you can see some pictures of him.
