I don't believe there is any real reason. Maybe they just preferred this to whatever they removed, considering the PAL version is a later one. It seems quite arbitary, though.GP 17:00, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

It makes sense. Since this isn't in the NTSC version, they would have had to write new notes for it rather than just using the American ones. —Jimbo Jambo
