Each event has had unique aspects, and there have been consistent types of events, such as the monthly Community Day, which has received only minor changes since its introduction. *The event added the "Flower Card" type of [[Decor Pikmin#Flower Card|Decor Pikmin]], with 24 varieties, 6 each for Red, Yellow, Blue, and Purple Pikmin.
*Pikmin with these costumes were grown from [[Golden Seedling]]s.

There were some complications with the first mission. Initially it was to walk 10,000 steps, but no steps were counting towards it. To note is that missions referring to a specific color of flowers actually counted all flower types of that color, not just the basic type. For example, planting white spider lily flowers or white rose flowers would count towards missions requiring the planting of white flowers.

====Sneaker Keychain Decor Pikmin====

Starting from {{date|8|May|2023}} a new system for events was established, and the events tab was replaced by the "event challenge" tab. This tab displays a green tile featuring a big flower at its centre, with a circular track arranged around the big flower, which is split into four sections. Beneath this, missions are shown with various requirements for completion; steps taken, flowers planted, Pikmin grown, petals plucked or mushrooms destroyed. The player's Mii is displayed marching upon the track, and will advance as missions are completed, leaving a trail of flowers behind them. As each of the four sections is completed new missions will be presented, and the big flower in the centre will grow through its phases; from a few tiny shoots at first, to a sprout, then a bud, and finally into a bloomed big flower once the challenge stage is completed. Upon completion the challenge stage will advance, awarding the player a golden seedling of the month's limited-time decor, and placing them upon a new track with a new big flower to grow. There are four challenge stages in total, each with their own missions. Upon completing the fourth stage the player will reset to the first stage and begin the process anew.

Tapping will cause the item roulette to begin revolving, and tapping again will cause the roulette to slow, stopping as the Pikmin jumps and taps the winning block, with the Pikmin waving happily as the prize is displayed. If the player does not tap the second time, this process will eventually conclude on its own. From {{date|1|June|2023}} through to {{date|21|June|2023}}, the previously released Fingerboard Decor Pikmin returned, along with the remaining colours for the set. The event uses the same system as the Sneaker Keychain decor Pikmin. A pity system was added to the roulette where if you have yet to receive a seedling for 11 consecutive spins, your 12th spin will have a guaranteed chance of a Gold Seedling. 
 
From {{date|1|June|2023}} through until after {{date|21|June|2023}}, gold seedlings from event challenges and referral codes reward players with Fingerboard decor Pikmin. During this period these decor Pikmin are stronger when battling mushrooms, gaining an additional 20(?) points of strength.

*[[Big Flower]]s bloomed into calla lilies when regular flowers were planted around them, and only for 3 hours.

Upon arriving at the event's starting location, ticket holders received a Pikmin-themed paper sun visor. From there, they could walk around to various locations in central Sapporo. Each designated location had a [[Special Spot]], and swiping down while viewing that Special Spot from nearby would give the participant a [[Golden Seedling]] of a specific location type, and 40 cherry blossom [[nectar]]. (The nectar was still given if the nectar storage limit had been reached.) There were also 3 special missions in the Challenge List, which could be attempted simultaneously. One was to walk 7000 steps, and completing it gave a Golden Seedling that would grow into a Red Pikmin with Present Sticker (Gold) decor. One was to plant 3000 cherry blossom flowers, and completing it gave a Golden Seedling that would grow into a Yellow Pikmin with Present Sticker (Gold) decor. Events are special periods in Pikmin Bloom where in-game rewards are prominent and unique things can happen.

They are announced sometime before they happen, in the news section of the main menu, via emails to those who have signed up to receive them, on social media, and on the Pikmin Bloom website.

Throughout the years of Pikmin Bloom, there have been a variety of events. Each event has had unique aspects, and there have been consistent types of events, such as the monthly Community Day, which has received only minor changes since its introduction. During other events, Special Decor Pikmin are made available for a limited time. Other events have also taken place, having various unique aspects. Every previous event is viewable here, and for convenience, the full list is split into pages:

  • Community Days: Monthly community days themed around specific flower types, where players are tasked to walk 10,000 steps and various boosts are granted.
  • Event Challenges: Monthly periods for various holidays and other celebrations, featuring a roulette for rewards after completing missions, Event Currency, and Mystery Boxes.
  • Decor Pikmin events: Special periods for various holidays and other celebrations that feature some consistent and some unique ways to obtain special Decor Pikmin for a limited time.
  • Other events: Other unique events, such as the in-person Pikmin Bloom tours.

Special Mission Ticket[edit]

Special Mission Tickets are unique items available in the shop during Event Challenges, Decor Pikmin events, and Community Days. When purchased from the shop, a special mission to plant 2,000 flowers of a specific color is made available. If the missions that are made available by purchasing a ticket are not completed before they expire, there is no compensation given for what was spent on the price of the ticket, and no rewards are given.

If the ticket is purchased for a Community Day, completing the mission rewards a specific amount, color, and type of seasonal petals. The flower type rewarded depends on what flower the Community Day is themed around. Community Day tickets can only be purchased with real money, and always cost $1.99 (or equivalent in other currencies). After being purchased, the mission can only be completed until the day after the Community Day weekend.

If the ticket is purchased for a Decor Pikmin event, completing the mission rewards a colored Gold Seedling of the players choice. The type of special Decor Pikmin rewarded from the Gold Seedling depends on what Decor Pikmin type the ticket is purchased for. Event Challenge tickets always cost Coin 799 coins. After being purchased, the mission has two months to be completed.

Unique Special Mission Tickets also appeared during some special events, and rewarded specific badges upon completion, depending on what badge the ticket was purchased for. After being purchased, the mission had two months to be completed.

There are also Special Completion Tickets, which unlock a series of missions when purchased from the shop. The missions consist of walking a certain amount of steps, planting a certain amount of flowers, and destroying a certain amount of mushrooms. Each mission that is completed grants a Gold Seedling of a specific type of special Decor Pikmin, and completing all the missions guarantees the whole set of Decor Pikmin is obtained. The ticket does not have a set price. After being purchased, the missions have two months to be completed. If any missions are not completed, the Gold Seedlings from the uncompleted missions are not rewarded.
