Once you arrive in the area of the treasure, throw Yellow Pikmin at it to carry it, then use the jetpack to climb the vine on the side. Once on the first platform, wait until the Yellow Pikmin bring it to you. To get down, whistle the Yellow Pikmin and climb down the same vine.
