Region/Pikmin 2 text differences

The following is a list of differences in Pikmin 2's text between the US and European versions of the GameCube release. For a list of differences between the GameCube games, in each region, see New Play Control! Pikmin 2/Text differences. By combining the information in that page and this one, one can also obtain a list of regional text differences between the US and European Wii releases.

Besides the following, some minor differences also exist in the form of text control codes. The differences between treasures that change drastically between versions will also not be noted here.
