"It is a mistake if they are supposed to be younger versions of the adults ones, which would make them the same species." My point is that the scientific names don't contradict the fact they are the same species. If ''Oculus terribilis dotticum'' is a subspecies of ''Oculus terribilis'', then we can assume the Bulbear, Dwarf or otherwise, is both. It's like "''Homo sapiens''" and "''Homo sapiens sapiens''". The inconsistency is probably unintentional, but it's not wrong. [[User:2 B|2 B]] ([[User talk:2 B|talk]]) 14:09, July 11, 2023 (EDT)
A subspecies is essentially a different species. If the younger versions of a species are a different species, that implies the adult of that species gives birth to something other than it's own species, which is (naturally) impossible. - Bossclips

Yes, correct. If the parent had a different genus to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. If the parent had a different species to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. If the parent had a different subspecies to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. - Bossclips

A subspecies is essentially a different species. If the younger versions of a species are a different species, that implies the adult of that species gives birth to something other than it's own species, which is (naturally) impossible. - Bossclips

is it really cropped?[edit]
