New Play Control! Pikmin 2 is part of the New Play Control! series, a port of Pikmin 2 to the Nintendo Wii. It has been released in Japan, Europe, and Australia; 2009 is the given date for American release. Like the first game's Wii version, the box art for every region is the same as for the GameCube release, within a New Play Control border.
