The Cupid's Grenade is simply a cherry obviously, which is a fruit. It is found on Sublevel 4 of the Snagret Hole, and simply is located in one of the alcoves. In 2-Player Mode, this item weighs 1 gram, and is used to be put in your Onion, then a roulette appears and you'll obtain a special ability/item that will give you the upper hand in battle.
