The Unbelievable Spinner is a treasure found in Hey! Pikmin. It is simply a red top with blue and yellow arrows.

While in the main room of the level, break the solid dirt blocks on the middle and on the left. This will allow the Bloominous Stemples on the left side of the middle platform (the one with the two Grabbits) to bloom, giving you access to the area with Pikmin.
