There is an S.S. Peppermint inside of a [[Blizzarding Blowhog]] in the top right corner of Sublevel 7 of the [[Cavern for a King]]. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Blizzarding Blowhog, then throw 3 Pikmin at it.
