The Sphere of Truth is a treasure found in the Below-Grade Discotheque in the Serene Shores. It is a pool ball, specifically the cue ball.
Collecting the treasure

The Sphere of Truth is hanging on a cobweb on the far western side of sublevel 1 of the Below-Grade Discotheque. Despite being right next to you when you land at the base, to collect it, you must go around to the upper ledge, build the clay mound, and throw 7 Yellow Pikmin at it.
