The True Goo is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is a tube of white acrylic paint.

Collecting the treasure

The True Goo is located inside a hydro jelly in the southwestern corner of sublevel 2 of the Subzero Sauna. The hydro jelly is already frozen, meaning Ice Pikmin aren't mandatory to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must first burst the hydro jelly, then throw 3 Pikmin at it. The nearby Arctic Cannon Larva should be defeated first. The Pikmin won't be able to take it back until the iron fences have been lowered, which requires all dry ice blocks to be burst so the button in the lake at the center of the sublevel can be pressed.

But this doesn't apply to White Pikmin! In fact, they're dangerously poisonous. No doubt they use this to their advantage.”
