It is lying on the ground in the bottom left quadrant of the arena in Sublevel 5 of the Ultimate Testing Range in the Giant's Hearth, behind a numbered gate. To collect this treasure, you must lower the numbered gate, which requires you to defeat the Man-at-Legs in the main arena. Then, throw 20 Pikmin at it.
