I agree that featured pages should be spoiler-free; for example, the President one could be altered to include only the information on him found before repaying the debt. Titan Dweevil and Dream Den are similarly problematic, and I remember there being a Louie one when I first came here, containing the Dark Secret spoiler. If I can get round to it, I'll make alterations as soon as possible. It would also be nice to get a proper feature thing going on, featuring a particular article for, say, a week, until a new feature is written, rewritten and perfected.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}}
:A week? That'll depend on how long they should be. About the length they are now, or deeper? Given our amount of usable articles, I would prefer 2 weeks... However, I have never heard of switching with such. If we're writing new ones anyway, then we could shut down the auto rotate and switch manually, huh?--{{User:Prezintenden/sig}}
::Yeah, that was what I had in mind. Basically elect an article to be featured, and take the introductory paragraph or two, fixing it up a bit to make it more presentable, and featuring that. As for length, there's no need to go much longer; looking at the other Wikis, it seems only a little shorter than average at the moment.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}} |

A short discussion on the workings of this template is here: [1]
This code sets a rotation of any length. (mod x) where x = length
{{#switch:{{#expr:({{CURRENTDOW}}+{{CURRENTWEEK}}*7) mod 7}}
Currently the code used just sets a weekly rotation:
{{#switch:{{CURRENTDOW}}
The following code would set a monthly rotation
{{#switch:{{CURRENTDAY}}
Featured Pages[edit]
I agree that featured pages should be spoiler-free; for example, the President one could be altered to include only the information on him found before repaying the debt. Titan Dweevil and Dream Den are similarly problematic, and I remember there being a Louie one when I first came here, containing the Dark Secret spoiler. If I can get round to it, I'll make alterations as soon as possible. It would also be nice to get a proper feature thing going on, featuring a particular article for, say, a week, until a new feature is written, rewritten and perfected.GP
