Pikmin Bloom Tour is a series of in-person events in Pikmin Bloom, that take place in a specific city and feature walking around that city to get special items in the game. These events are also referred to as Live Events.
April 2023: Sapporo
The first Pikmin Bloom tour took place in the city center of Sapporo, Japan, on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023 from 10:00 to 18:00.[1] The event was free to attend, but required registration, and tickets were given out in a random draw. Players could enter the drawing from the app, and winners were contacted by email on April 8th, 2023. Winners got tickets to the event and could invite up to 5 friends to also get tickets.[2] Special features of the event only appeared for ticket holders, not other people in the area.
Upon arriving at the event's starting location, ticket holders received a Pikmin-themed paper sun visor. From there, they could walk around to various locations in central Sapporo. Each designated location had a Special Spot, and swiping down while viewing that Special Spot from nearby would give the participant a Golden Seedling of a specific location type, and 40 cherry blossom nectar. (The nectar was still given if the nectar storage limit had been reached.) There were also 3 special missions in the Challenge List, which could be attempted simultaneously. One was to walk 7000 steps, and completing it gave a Golden Seedling that would grow into a Red Pikmin with Present Sticker (Gold) decor. One was to plant 3000 cherry blossom flowers, and completing it gave a Golden Seedling that would grow into a Yellow Pikmin with Present Sticker (Gold) decor. One was to visit 7 Special Spots, and completing it gave a special badge representing the event.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
