Pikipedia:Current projects

This is a list of ongoing projects at the Pikipedia that we could do with some help on. To request that other projects be undertaken, please leave a comment on the talk page. When a project has been completed, its section can be removed from this page.

Infoboxes

Infoboxes need to be added to a number of articles.

Treasure

Footers

Footers are added to the bottom of all pages linked to in the footer.

Treasures

Add {{Treasures}} to pages without the footer. A treasure list is at Treasure Hoard and Template:Treasures.

Enemies

Add {{Enemies}} to pages without the footer. See a list at Piklopedia or Template:Enemies.

Notes

Notes must be transcribed directly from the game (Pikmin 2). Make sure to be accurate.

1. Add (enemies) "journal" or "sale", or (treasures) "olimar" or "louie" to the end of the URL in the address bar and create the page and add the entry's text.
2. Add the code "<noinclude>{{metadata|type}}</noinclude>" to the end without leaving any space; replace "type" with "journal", "sale", "olimar" or "louie".
3. Add "{{notes|enemy}}" or "{{notes|treasure}}" to the treasure or enemy page to add the notes.

Help Pages

Create help pages, specifically Help:Editing, which needs to include wiki syntax and the categorising of articles into stub/clean/delete.

Orphaned Pages

Create links from other pages to orphaned pages. This can be done without changing any text by searching for the page's name in other pages. A list of orphaned pages can be found at Special:Lonelypages.

Copyright

Add {{Screenshot}} to images that are screenshots without the copyright notice. If the screenshot is from a non-Pikmin game, use {{Screenshot|other}} instead. Images are at Special:Imagelist.
