Adult Centipares (オオムカデトンボ?, lit.: "Big Centipede Dragonfly") are large insectoid enemies. They fly forward through the air, waving gently up and down. Both Captain Olimar and Pikmin can ride on the back of one of these creatures. Despite their name, they are not in any way related to the Centipare. This is likely to be a mistake, as it contradicts the logs of both the Centipare and the Adult Centipare.
Behavior
The Adult Centipare is always flying forward, and never stops or reacts in any other way. Some Adult Centipares fly to the left, but the majority heads right.
