DAY 1 - 1st Visit to the Valley of Repose
Today's Treasure
- Courage Reactor
Okay, today is timeless just like any other Day 1 you play in Pikmin 1 or 2. First of all, the ship will talk and you will notice some Pikmin. If there is any cutscene you don't want to view, just press the Start Button. Whistle them to your side and kill the Dwarf Red Bulborb. Then, throw all of your Pikmin on top of the bag. Switch over to Louie via the Y Button. Have him walk around and notice the Red Onion. You could let them wait until the Pikmin sprouts are flowers, which is what I reccommend. After that, take your Pikmin and notice the first treasure. You can't do anything yet, so just keep going and soon you'll find the 5 Pikmin Olimar threw on the bag. A notable thing is that you can't whistle those 5 Pikmin. Throw your 11 Pikmin up there and take back the Dwarf Red Bulborb for 4 more Pikmin. Let them mature, too. Then pick up the treasure...

DAY 2 - 2nd Visit to the Valley of Repose
Today's Treasure
- Utter Scrap
- Citrus Lump
- Quenching Emblem
- Spherical Atlas
The minimum Pikmin you need for today is 35. There are two 1 Pellet Posies on the Landing Site. There are two 5 Pellet Posies and a 1 Pellet Posy near the other bag and three 1 Pellet Posies near where you found the Red Onion. After a while, a 5 Pellet Posy near the Landing Site will grow. Crush the bag with 35 Pikmin and defeat the Dwarf Red Bulborb. He will always drop a 1 Pellet, so you can have 6 Pikmin from him. Then, take your Pikmin group and throw Pikmin on the Red Bulborb's back once it dies, it also always drops a 5 Pellet, so you can have 5 more Pikmin. Have 35 of your Pikmin take back the next treasure...

...and have the rest break down the wall. Once the wall is broken down, take your 70 Pikmin and press A to go inside the hole...

When you land, you'll be in a dumbell-shaped area. There will be a treasure in the middle, and a treasure near 4 Snow Bulborbs. Those two will, of course, be...

When you land, there will be 2 Snow Bulborbs in front of you. Kill them and then notice a treasure that needs 101 Pikmin to carry it. What a shame! You only have 70, and only 100 Pikmin can be on the field at a time. Continue because you can't get that treasure and kill more Snow Bulborbs - I think there are around 5, 6, or 7 - and continue to find Violet Candypop Buds! Each Bud can change 5 Pikmin into Purple Pikmin! Purple Pikmin are a TON stronger, so Reds are only useful for their Fire-Immunity, which isn't all that threatening. Since Puprles are a lot stronger, they can't be throw as high, far, and are slow, but they can carry up to 10 times their weight! That means we can finally get that treasure! Yay!

With this treasure, approach the geyser in the back of the room with the Violet Candypop Buds, and press A to exit the hole!
When you get back to the surface, the day will automatically end. If you explored before going into the Emergence Cave, you found water. But now, the Spherical Atlas (AKA Sphere Chart) allows us to go to another place - the Awakening Wood!
