The Abandoned Husk is a treasure in Hey! Pikmin. It is actually a jack-o'-lantern without a candle. Its collection triggers the ending of the Troop Commander area, and unlocks the Sweltering Parchlands.
Collecting the treasure

The Abandoned Husk is obtained by defeating the Queen Shearwig.
