Info
This template is to be used whenever frames are being used. This provides a tooltip with a conversion to seconds.
The first parameter is the number to be displayed – the number of frames. The second parameter is the framerate. Pikmin and Pikmin 2 run at 30 FPS, regardless of region or settings.
