It may be found in the water or on the ledge near the hole to Sublevel 7. You can use your Reds and Blues or the Bulbmin that are found in the Sublevel. As you transport the treasure, make sure you've defeated the [[Decorated Cannon Beetle|Cannon Beetles]] and [[Water Dumple]]s in the level.
