It is lying on the ground in the southwestern quadrant of the arena in sublevel 5 of the [[Ultimate Testing Range]], behind a numbered gate. To collect this treasure, you must lower the numbered gate, which requires defeating the [[Man-at-Legs]] in the main arena. Then, throw 20 Pikmin at it.
