The '''Whisper Broadcaster''' is a [[treasure]] found in {{hp}}. The treasure is actually a gray {{w|cellphone}} with a black antenna. While it is seemingly out of power, since it shows a blank screen, the name and description strangely imply that [[Captain Olimar]] knows what the device is and what it can be used for, meaning he probably turned it on. Otherwise, him or the [[S.S. Dolphin II]] must have recognized the technology because they have similar-looking phones back on [[Hocotate]]. It is about two times the height and six times the width of Olimar.

After going down a [[vine]], the player can go in a narrow path to the right. After proceeding a little, the player will encounter a [[doorway]], which must be accessed with the [[jetpack]]. On the other side, Olimar must use the jetpack once again to reach the treasure.
