'''Vines''' are plants in {{hp}}. These {{w|vine}}s appear stretched out vertically, and can be climbed up and down by [[Captain Olimar]] and the [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]], allowing access to new parts of the [[area]]. Some [[obstacle]]s, like [[pulley rock]]s and [[liftable rock]]s actually have vines wrapped around them. In the case of pulley rocks, their vines can actually be climbed up, much like standalone vines. Some vines are linked to a stick at the end, allowing them to be dragged down by thrown Pikmin that cling to them.
