guide
The Vanishing Cookie is inside of a Fiery Bulblax near on the second corridor from the north of sublevel 1 of the Engulfed Castle. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Fiery Bulblax by either dousing it with a nearby water puddle or allowing the Waterwraith to kill it, then throw 3 Pikmin at it.

Trivia
* This treasure, along with the Cookie of Nibbled Circles, Cookie of Prosperity, Love's Fortune Cookie, and Hearty Container are all based off of cookies from the game Yoshi's Cookie.
** The supposed vanishing nature of the treasure likely a reference to how the cookies disappear when cleared in the puzzle game.
