Hello! I have something to point out about the Japanese cave names you recently added. First off, thank you for adding these, they're really appreciated. Now, I noticed you got these from the song listing inside the ISO. But the thing is, it's likely that some of those names don't match the final ones. The game files, specially in comments, normally refer to old names quite a lot. For instance, the internal name for the Hairy Bulborb is that of the Yellow Bulborb. This is the case for the GameCube version, but from what I've seen, it's the same in the Wii version. Do you know Japanese? If so, I can extract the final Japanese strings and give you the ones related to caves; these are found in /message/mesRes_jpn.szs. You could then translate those, and we'd have a perfectly accurate listing! — {EspyoT} 07:17, 29 May 2014 (EDT) | Hello! :Sadly I don't, as it mentions in several of the comments I added, I just use google translate to get the rough meaning, and if it weren't that important, then that would be all that's needed, but for something like this with a wiki, then it needs to be correct, hence why a bunch are left blank. I was just glacing through the ISO since I'm getting back into hacking stuff and thought I'd at least add /SOME/ version of the japanese, even if it's not fully up-to-date, but for the most part, what I got from google translate was basically the same name as in english, so that's why I assumed it would be correct. I could always go through that and double check to see what changes there are (I made an entire BMG extract of the english version, and I think I posted it somewhere on TCRF, so I could get a japanese version as well and do just that). - NWPlayer123 | :Sadly I don't, as it mentions in several of the comments I added, I just use google translate to get the rough meaning, and if it weren't that important, then that would be all that's needed, but for something like this with a wiki, then it needs to be correct, hence why a bunch are left blank.
