What Lylat Wiki did to merge Arwingpedia transfer everything to the Arwingpedia: namespace (edit exported XML file), then merge everything manually from there.  What this can't do is transfer images, though; for that, I could do something, but [http://www.niwanetwork.org/forums/index.php?topic=468.msg8391#msg8391 this] is better because it preserves past versions of the image, and their uploaders. I would say if it's not obviously vandalism, warn them first; and even if it is, and looks more like just seeing if the page will actually change when they edit it, I'll just warn them.  But then, I'm quite lenient.
