In German, the Ultra Spicy difficulty is called "Ultra-Motiviert" which translates to "Ultra-Motivated". The reson I put "Ultra-motivated" with a lowercase m, is because I saw that all the other entries in the "meaning" row had the second word as lowercase, so I just did it for consistency.
