Titan Blowhogs are larger versions of Fiery Blowhogs similar to how the Blizzarding Blowhog is a larger version of Icy Blowhogs. Since this creature blows fire, Red Pikmin should be used to defeat them as they are resistant to fire. However, when the Blowhog is placed near a void, they aren't fully immune to the creature as they can be thrown to their deaths.

Titan Blowhogs act quite similar to their smaller counterparts, the Fiery Blowhog. They will walk around a small area, noticing Pikmin and the captain when they draw near, and will then attack blowing fire out of its mouth. This fire will burn any Pikmin apart from Red Pikmin, as they are resistant to fire, but will blow them away. The Titan Blowhog shakes after every attack, throwing all Pikmin attacking it in front of it.

Red Pikmin should be used to defeat Titan Blowhogs due to their resistance to fire, but other Pikmin can be used if care is used and you're quick to whistle any burning Pikmin. To avoid Pikmin falling to their deaths, try to steer the Blowhog to look towards the platforms the cave is made of, this will reduce the chances of Pikmin being thrown off the map. The best way to attack the Titan Blowhog is constantly throw Pikmin at its body until it throws them forward. Whistle all your Pikmin and repeat until the Blowhog is defeated. Due to the fire, acquiring the Scorch Guard, for both the player and Oatchi, from Russ will help greatly as both your character and Oatchi will be resistant to fire.
