:Yes, it is. But I've seen this template (in some form or another) on other wikis, and it turns out it's quite useful. It's for those times when [[:Template:Stub|Stub]] is not appropriate. Besides, ''Pikmin 3'' will pop-up any minute now, and the amount of articles here will increase. However, there might be some times where an editor might not have enough info for a certain part of the new article. Enter the ToDo template. However, it looks a bit... bland. At Carmageddon Wiki, we use a message box, but I'm guessing that'd be too inappropriate here, due to the 'message box'-less style.
