Pikmin Adventure
I found this off of Mario Wiki's Did You Know? template: "In the Pikmin Adventure attraction of Nintendo Land, stage 14, "Out of the Darkness," features a structure at the start that resembles the Castles in Super Mario Bros." Thought it'd be good since it relates to the Pikmin series; it'd need a bit of rewording to make it more Pikmin-oriented and not make it plagiarism.

:Yeah, I remember seeing an image about it on Nintendo's Facebook. But I never brought it up because if you show a screenshot of the castle, isolated from any text, and show it to an average gamer, they'd quickly realize on their own that that castle resembles the ones in Super Mario Bros. Sure, I guess we can add it, but it's just so weak... — {EspyoT} 10:23, 31 March 2013 (EDT)

Starting a new section since the old one is long and it's been a while since it was last used. Here's some trivia points:
*...that the flame of the Olfactory Sculpture is an actual fire hazard?
*...that Dweevils can pick up Scrummy Bones?
*...that Winged Pikmin in p3 move slightly slower if there are more than 66 Pikmin in the field?
*...that the image created by the Memory Fragment Series is the cover of Nintendogs?
*...that all 30 fruits in p3 are also in p4?
*...that Ice Pikmin are recommended Pikmin types in all but one area in p4?
*...that it is possible to jump over some small ledges in p3d by charging while running towards them?
*...that nearly 90% of the music samples in p soundtrack come from the same two synthesizers, the Kurzweil K2500R and Roland SC-88?
*...that the background of the area selection menus in p1 and p2 come from real photographs of Hokkaido, Japan?

Mistake
I noticed one of these trivia points has a mistake. I'm talking about the one that says "...that the Shaggy Long Legs and Baldy Long Legs share the internal name and Japanese name of the Beady Long Legs, respectively?". Baldy and Beady have different Japanese names, but Baldy's article once mistakenly listed its name as being the same as Beady's. This is an older trivia point, though, so should it be changed or kept as is? 2 B (talk) 08:35, January 2, 2024 (EST)
:If a trivia point has a mistake and isn't easy to fix, it's fine to remove it entirely. — Soprano(talk) 22:31, January 2, 2024 (EST)
Draven's suggestion
Did you know that the only Pikmin game where the music continues to play during the countdown to sunset is Pikmin 3? Draven
:This is not true, as the music plays during the countdown in Pikmin and Pikmin 2. In fact, Pikmin 4 is the only game where it doesn't. That could make a trivia point, but I don't think it's interesting enough for this template. — Soprano(talk) 22:31, January 2, 2024 (EST)
Here’s a better one I just found - When a swooping snitchbug picks up a purple Pikmin, it will immediately fall to the ground! Draven (talk) 14:22, January 3, 2024 (EST)
:I don't think this is true in most games, just in Pikmin 4. But if the game was specified, this could be a good trivia point. — Soprano(talk) 03:12, January 5, 2024 (EST)
The hidden murals in Pikmin 3 remain visible during side story missions
Draven (talk) 12:48, January 7, 2024 (EST)
:I don't think this is notable enough for this template. Also, for a trivia point to be used here, the fact needs to be documented on an article. — Soprano(talk) 16:15, January 7, 2024 (EST)
Some of my ideas about pikmin 4
Did you know that...
*...Red Pikmin will always be the recommended type if It's the only Pikmin type discovered?
*...when p4 tells the player to mash switch, they can also mash ?
*...the sprinkler in Below-Grade Discotheque is an actual water hazard
I also think that instead of the headline saying "did you know..." and the rest starting with "...that", the headline should say "did you know that..." and the rest should start with "...". I also think that instead of linking to the page It about, it should link to the section It about. Mama09001 (talk) 16:41, June 18, 2024 (EDT)
PopitTart's Suggestions
* ...that despite closely resembling a Nintendo Entertainment System controller, the Life Controller is actually an NES Classic Edition controller?
* ...that the Utter Scrap has a full label with a "One-Up" logo and "250ml" text?
* ...that p3 initially had purple flowers like those of Rock Pikmin and Winged Pikmin in its logo, but were changed to red-orange before release?
* ...that the concept which would eventually become p1 was originally pitched for the Nintendo 64?
* ...that the name "Pikmin" derives from the Japanese word "ippiki", meaning “one small animal”?
* ...that Louie is given 2 different titles when collected by the S.S. Drake: Hocotatian and Food Thief?

Chazmatron’s Suggestion
* …that it is possible to reset the fire starters timer by throwing it on to a Fiery Bulblax, Scorchcake or a Pyroclasmic Slooch?
* …that the wind from a Puffy Blowhog can put out a Pikmin on fire?
