:This is intended behavior. Since the one on sublevel 1 is found inside a hydro jelly (and hydro jellies don't respawn once a cave is complete), this one will never reappear. The one on sublevel 2 will reappear if you bring less than 50 White Pikmin with, otherwise it turns into an Ice Candypop Bud (this can happen on the first visit too if you discover White Pikmin elsewhere). It seems most Candypop Buds in the game have a similar behavior, we just haven't added it to most articles since testing it is tedious and for now it's best to just list the default color most players will see on a typical run through.
