If you're Olimar, switch to the President then straight back to Olimar again. The Bloyster will change tail colour to chase the president - which takes about 5 seconds - and then spend ANOTHER 5 seconds changing back to Olimar-colour. Once your 10 seconds is up, switch back and forth again to gain another 10 seconds.
