For one thing, it's only one of the smallest ''that we know of''; stuff about the mandibles just isn't necessary and can easily be found out by looking at the image; pretty much all enemies in the game are just as, if not more, aggressive; sentence about females is odd in the context - I did integrate that part better; other stuff is speculative - if it's from Olimar's notes, there's no reason to repeat it.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}}

The description may have been a little lacking, and I did try to expand it, but that's no reason to remove it completely and replace it with a section which says many of the same things with some additional information which is either speculative or already there in Olimar's notes, and by doing so leaving the page without an introductory paragraph. {{user:Jimbo Jambo/sig}}

Also, we know that female Shearwigs remain underground (Olimar's notes on the Shearwig in the ''Pikmin'' [[enemy reel]]), so until we get Burrowing Pikmin, female Shearwigs will never meet the Pikmin.
