:Err, there is no vandal block on any of the pages you said that have it. Does it give the message noting that, or can you simply not edit?--{{User:Prezintenden/sig}}

:::I think he means the metadata notice.  You ''can'' edit them, we just put that notice there to keep people from rewording what's directly from the game.  Also, it would've been easier if you'd just put these all on the page the metadata template links to.
