Maybe it also takes too long to get because you need to build the twig with blue Pikmin where the Anti-Dioxin Filter is and then build that bridge with blue pikmin and then have yellows cross i and pick up the bomb-rocks found there and then go to the closed area where the boss is and bomb it.
