Did you know that in the beta version of pikmin 2, their are blue and yellow bulborbs?

uh... ya think that Idea was bad. my freind wanted pikmin3 to include Olimar driving around shooting bulborbs with pellets that explode on contact, in some sort of heavily armoured, S.u.v/ Hummer hybred.-_- Obviously they don't understand the dimeaner of the game. it'sa PK king

Like, the scientific name of a Spotty Bulborb is ''Oculus kageyamii'', and the scientific name for Red Bulborb is ''Oculus kageyamii russus''. And the scientific name for Orange Bulborb is ''Oculus kageyamii orangium''. {{User:Volatile Dweevil/Vol2}}

:It's true the game never gives a common name for the grouping of all three Bulborb subspecies, but just "Bulborb" is generally accepted. What it ''does'' say that the Spotty Bulborb was reclassified specifically as the Red Bulborb, so there's little reason to believe that the species ''Oculus kageyamii'' would have the common name "Spotty Bulborb." A note about the scientific name: the name ''Oculus kageyamii'' was given before more subspecies were discovered, so at the time the name for the subspecies was not necessary. == Pikmin Adventure ==

So, back on Pikmin Wiki, if you clicked on one of the unique Bulborbs from Pikmin Adventure, it would redirect you to "Bulborb#Pikmin_Adventure." Back on Pikmin Wiki, this was fine, as there WAS a section of the Bulborb page titled "Pikmin Adventure." On here, there's not. That means this redirect just takes you to the Bulborb page, and with that, it gives you no information about the unique Bulborbs encountered in Pikmin Adventure. There's no mention of the Yellow, Green, or Billious Bulborbs on this page. A similar thing can be said for the Blowhogs; the Blowhogs in Pikmin Adventure are different then in the Pikmin series, but those Blowhogs aren't mentioned on the Blowhog page at all. Basically what I'm saying is, the Pikmin Adventure-exclusive enemies need to be on the wiki somewhere. {{unsigned|184.14.104.207}}
:Believe me anonymous dude, we've been working hard to get everything shipshape on this wiki since the merge. Well, really work has been kinda staggering at the moment. We have plans to make pages for all Pikmin Adventure enemies at some point, just that none of us have had the time to do so. This is an issue that we're aware of. :Hm, that must be a thing with the Bulborb only. We ported the pages as they were from Pikmin Wiki, and I don't remember ever seeing a "Pikmin Adventure" section on enemy articles. But anyway, we have some articles about some Pikmin Adventure enemies as standalone articles.
