It is found on Sublevel 6 of the [[Snagret Hole]] and is held by a [[Dwarf Orange Bulborb]] that falls from the sky. It can fall anywhere, so look carefully and be cautious; if you're having trouble, take out the [[Antenna Beetle]] so you can easily scout it out with the [[Treasure Gauge]].
